AACI's Drinking Driver Program provides education and intervention to convicted First
and Multiple Offenders on issues regarding alcohol and other substance abuse.
Services are provided in English & Spanish, Vietnamese,
Mandarin Chinese, and Korean.
The Drinking Driver Program helps participants recognize their chemical dependency and supports them in
choosing recovery options. The twin goals for participants include total abstinence from alcohol and illicit substance use, as well as meeting sobriety requirements. 95% of our clients graduate from the program; one of the best graduation rates in California.
Clients are primarily Santa Clara Court and
DMV referrals.
